今日約咗朋友到中環中心嘅 Octavium Italian Restaurant 食 lunch, 點去到，水浸， lift 壞晒，好亂。朋友著住高跟鞋，唔想行樓梯上8樓，且天氣咁熱，點行呀。算，唔食嘞 。咁高級嘅寫字樓大廈，連最基本嘅 lift ，都提供唔到，失望！
