To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入到鋪頭,坐好窄,落單大大聲講都可以落錯,叫左[花膠海鮮鍋],出來花膠雞鍋,重話裡面花膠都係海鮮,我就話俾點海鮮來我們自己加落去囉!已經儲緊火!之後又落單,海鮮俾得4件,大佬呀,我們4人當然每人寫單8件,俾得4件,咁再叫服務員拿多點出來,因為都沒客人,又見他執明天的枱,喂,咁有客係咪緊要過執枱呀!咁上到枱,加湯,幾次都唔夠水加食物都已經唔夠水,叫佢哋又賴得理我們,唔知想點,出去看食物雪櫃又好少賣剩貨咁得2,3粒,點夾得落手呢?
