To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

遲了起床, 早餐無望, 但又想食粉麵和煎蛋麵包, 專登不行大街, 轉入細巷, 發現最心宜的半露天大排檔式茶餐廳, 全店貼滿餐牌, 其中有…特餐…快餐…, 麥太話齋, 即係早餐啦, 沙嗲牛肉麵, 連火腿奄列配牛油麵包, 特餐收廿七元, 完全一樣食物, 早餐只收廿二, 鬼叫爛訓咩, 比多幾蚊囉.沙嗲牛肉麵, 咬落唔似大光麵, 有少少似福字麵口感, 但比較淋身, 煙韌不夠, 麵身味道較淡口, 幸好師傅煮得時間唔耐,食落口感尚算有嚼頭,牛肉顏色不俗, 淡淡的啡, 完全沒有暗淤, 望落精神, 但食落完全另一回事, 師傅落手大重, 醃到正是奄奄一息, 變成海綿牛肉.火腿奄列, 表面看, 煎得頗乾, 全熟的樣子, 形狀成不規則半圓形, 黃色扁扁的一塊, 中間透出淡淡的火腿顏色, 心裡一沉, 又是一件煎過龍的蛋包火腿吧…, 但叉開了表面的煎蛋皮, 果然, 事情總是意想不到, 望見裡面半熟還濕濕的蛋漿與火腿絲混合, 當堂精神翻晒, 將一半奄列放落牛麵變成沙嗲牛肉火腿蛋麵, 餘下一半奄列放入麵包, 麵包入口軟熟,少少牛油香, 咬落火腿爽口, 夾著濕濕半熟的蛋汁,又軟又彈口.奶茶, 傳統紅線圍邊和圓形厚身白

奶茶, 傳統紅線圍邊和圓形厚身白色大口瓦杯, 奶味過重, 茶味太輕.

無意中發現, 用來攪奶茶的小鐵匙羹, 是早期中華航空的標誌”CAL”, 八十年代之後改為梅花圖案,近年所有航空公司都轉為膠匙羹了, 想同老闆買咗隻匙羹, 但走時多人, 忙記了.
