To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喜歡吃薯仔, 焗薯就最 啦! 附近又無 S 字頭那間, 甘就來幫襯下啦!一個 set, 盛惠 $50, 包湯和飲品, 主菜是薯仔大哥, 跟大烤菇和碎蛋沙律, 份量較輕盈 (呵呵,對我來說是太多了) 不要扮细食啦!煙肉焗得香脆, 少少咸味, 配上薯仔大哥和沙律, 滿足感又來了! 在S那舖,不知是因為薯皮太硬, 還是因包裹在錫纸, 我似乎不能連皮吃, 但這裡不同, 哈哈,全掃空, 無骨落地!粟米湯也滿是粟米, 似乎用搅拌機打碎的, 味道也不錯, 和 "地X罐頭"那個截然不同呢!
