The taste is a bit weird with the salad dressing and the pastry doesn’t fit with the content. The pasty is more fit with sweet content than salty ones. The texture overall is fair and the taste is not bad, surprisingly. It is not a french crepe and it’s more like a Hong Kong style crepe since the pastry should be made by small wheat if it is match with salty content.Overall good.
