跟朋友約飯局,被問及有無食雞煲好介紹,其實小弟對雞煲沒有太大偏好,試過嘅餐廳都唔多,不過,記憶所及,荃灣二坡坊嘅常滿雞煲及尖沙咀山林道嘅奇樂香辣雞煲都覺得上好,當然,城中好味嘅雞煲又豈止兩間,但剛啱晌雜誌見過奇樂有新嘢出,所以,就選定奇樂再訪。大家7:00pm準時到達,又好似上次咁,早段人客唔多,不過,去到8:00pm就已經爆晒棚咁滯,打工族加班都已經喺習慣事。上次食過嘅冬瓜粥水雞煲原來已經「落架」,唔打緊,反正嚟都喺試雜誌介紹以嘉美雞入饌嗰新煲「和味沙哇雞煲」,能唔能夠旗開得勝,取得好成績,試過先知。然後,問問店長有咩靚貨揀手嘢火鍋料,另按再大家喜好加啲減啲,先點一輪,唔夠食至再點過。雞煲落單15分鐘後就上枱,一煲香氣,原來個煲唔好熱住食,因為會卸走啲香氣。個雞煲幾辣,辣得有少少麻,但唔喺四川麻辣嗰類,只喺辣勁夠而叫條脷都有啲發麻。雞件肉質嫩滑,十分惹味。不過,感覺又唔喺好算泰式,原來,另一重點放晌一陣個湯底度。 如果覺得啲雞太辣,可以等加咗湯先再食,仍不失香味,但辣度減半。今次再嚟另一搞作喺玩配對,究竟喺乜嘢配乜嘢呢?就喺餐酒配雞煲,本來小弟唔好酒,對個配對興趣唔太,但同行老友好想

脆鯇魚片食得多啲,脆鯇魚腩就較少晌打鞭爐度食,鯇魚腩挺新鮮,不過,魚腩較厚,有啲「韌」,失卻個「脆」度。

雙拼揀咗奇樂水餃皇(散叫$108 / 8粒)及黑松露帶子餃(散叫$108 / 6粒),但雙拼就每樣有3粒,所以,除勻貴過散叫,但就可以一次過試晒兩款。 原來奇樂水餃皇裡面喺蝦肉、鯪魚肉及豬肉,加埋少少木耳絲及花生粒,又真喺幾得意。
