To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晩應老友邀請，去咗聯和墟海港同佢daddy慶祝生日，7大1細食咗呢個12人用嘅全包宴，個個食到捧住個肚走!海港嘅味道同份量一向都有水準，不論係執咗嘅上水分店、聯和墟呢間、大埔新達廣場分店同大埔中心分店，其他分店我未食過就唔清楚。鴻運乳豬全體皮脆肉香，乳豬唔算太肥，唔錯!竹笙海皇燴生翅坦白講翅就無乜架啦!有好多竹笙同蝦粒，當係一個湯羹食都可以接受嘅。泰式墨魚餅墨魚餅炸到金黃色，外脆內軟，入口有陣陣香茅味~正!我哋可能早order(7點)先係金黃色咁靓，後尾食飽(9點半)見到隔離枱果碟，應該返炸過，顔色深色好多，係橙色嘅。瑤柱扒豆苗豆苗當造，不時不食，簡單打個瑤柱芡已經好好味!果皮蒸鮑魚鮑魚新鮮，食到果皮味好濃!波士頓龍蝦蒸糯米飯呢個係成晚焦點所在，一上枱就聞到好香!龍蝦鮮甜彈牙，連埋糯米飯一齊蒸，蝦羔同蝦汁滲晒入飯度，超好味!清蒸沙巴龍𧄌正常水凖脆皮醬燒雞味道普通歡樂大蟠桃已經飽到食唔落!
