To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳地方唔算好大,位置唔多,裝潢接近韓國嘅烤肉店,一律圓枱圓筒形櫈,裡面可以放個人物品,較慳位。

點單後,店員就送上醬料及前菜,有泡菜、海帶、芽菜,給得大方,泡菜夠酸夠辣,幾好食,海帶太乾身,至於我係芽菜怪,一定食哂。

另外有一份生菜,食韓燒必定要包菜食,冇咁油膩,增強戰鬥力。
旁邊嘅玄米茶相當解渴,呢個套餐唔包飲品,所以我地狂飲茶。

講到韓燒,唔少得嘅係爐邊蛋,佢地嘅爐邊蛋用嘅係泡菜蛋,幾好食。
餐廳嘅鐵板打斜擺放,多餘嘅油份可以流走,係幾方便嘅設計。

雪花腩片:口感有少少似食緊和牛,肥脂平均,肉質嫩腍,有油花,最好食係呢塊!
封門柳:紋路清晰,肉質較瘦、粗線條,帶嚼勁,都幾腍身。
下腹牛肋肉:肉質較厚身,食落會有少少韌,但牛味濃郁。
韓牛頸脊:有少少似西冷,牛味最強烈,食落較韌但唔柴。

平時去打邊爐都有機會食到呢個部位,牛胸白肉薄薄一片,唔洗燒好耐,肥肉比例多,食落爽脆,但燒起上黎會比較油膩。

揀左豬肋肉,因為感覺冇五花咁肥。豬肋肉份量適中,四個人都夠食。

一如所料,味道都幾濃,愈飲愈想飲,但愈飲愈口渴,相信加左唔少MSG,哈哈。

鐵板芝士墨汁炒飯
最後有個炒飯,因為我地第一次黎,唔係好識搞,店員見狀,都主動過黎幫我地炒個飯

不過其實店內幾繁忙,不停有客人,我地都唔好意思阻住佢,所以炒到咁上下我地就自己處理番。
首先將已經熟左嘅配料炒熱,有蝦、帆立貝、青口,當然係雪藏野啦。另外配料有茄子、西蘭花、蒜頭、辣椒。

店員幫我地輕輕炒熱,去掉蝦殼、剪細青口、帆立貝肉。
