週末的午餐,慕名一到由星級米芝蓮廚師主理的高級中菜廳「棽粵」享用午膳。表面上神似荔枝的妃子笑,實際上乃芝心炸蝦球。上桌時煙霧梟梟,達致仙界的意境!一咬之下,芝士傾瀉而出,神級之作!「慕照青林」套餐有點心、小炒、主食及甜品,完整豐富。蝦餃與燒賣之間,小人較喜歡燒賣,肉味很香。鮑魚雞粒酥的鮑魚經已切開兩半,方便進食。下面的菇粒充滿鮑汁;而酥皮脆而不油,極其滋味。魚翅灌湯餃更是不得了!湯本身已是很清,啖得出雞湯及金華火腿的精華,亮點是餃裡一梳梳的魚翅,極盡豪氣!蜜汁叉燒聽說是店方名物,果然非凡!當甜甜的蜜汁跟肥瘦均勻的叉燒邂逅,絕對是一次美好的約會!無需花巧的擺盤,一碟平實的XO醬炒牛肉,每一片牛肉都沾滿XO醬,肉質軟滑細嫩,西芹和蔥都很爽很香,讚!鋪滿合桃仁的桃茸生汁大蝦球,做到混入沙律醬之後仍保持香脆的口感,卻沒有掩蓋到蝦球的爽脆。雖然似是一道簡單的上湯浸時蔬,上湯調味恰到好處,菜蔬爽而不靭,顯出廚師的功架!瑤柱荷葉飯裡有很多配料:有雞肉、瑤柱、蟹肉、冬菇等等,飯的乾濕度剛剛好;惟荷葉的香氣卻是欠奉,失準失色。冷涮和牛卷和新疆紅棗糕都是甜品。和牛卷其實是士多啤梨雪糕,與紅棗糕一起食,一凍
