To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行過女人街，裏面新開了一間餐廳，主打漢堡、牛角包、意粉及日式飯烏冬等，價錢合理，午市更有多款套餐，由六十蚊起。竹炭雙層牛肉漢堡即叫即做，竹炭包烘至香脆，中間有煙肉、煎蛋、芝士、番茄及生菜等，另外還有兩層牛肉滿堡，份量十足，一切開漢堡肉汁流出，十分juicy。竹炭軟殼蟹牛油果醬漢堡中間原隻軟殼蟹炸至金黃香脆，還夾上牛油果醬及芝士生菜，雖不及牛肉漢堡juicy，但味道都不錯。旁邊還有很多的炸粗薯及沙律。BBQ醬雞翼炸至香脆，表面淋上惹味的BBQ醬。最後飲返杯檸茶消滯。
