To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左女人街知道呢度兩邊都是餐廳多，行行下見到有間新開不久的餐廳，有美味的漢堡，又有飯，意大利粉，烏冬和小食等多種美食。餐廳座位舒適，燈光明亮。日式豬軟骨配豬骨湯烏冬，豬軟骨有5塊大大塊，粟米，鳴門卷和紫菜。豬軟骨大大塊，肉質又淋又夠入味，豬軟骨又有咬口幾香，又有清甜粟米粒。烏冬煙韌又唔會淋，配埋豬骨湯底好香濃又入味。牛肉漢堡有，牛肉扒，煙肉，芝士，煎蛋，蕃茄，生菜和千島醬，材料豐富，仲有配粗薯條和沙律。粗薯條炸到金黃色又熱騰騰，沙律菜好fresh又爽脆。牛肉漢堡塊牛肉餅好厚又好juicy ,又有爽脆生菜，香濃芝士，煎蛋，煙肉，蕃茄和千島醬一起食好美味可口，麵包又鬆軟。什錦炸物有炸蝦，炸蠔，炸蟹鉗和炸薯餅。全部炸到金黃色。蕃薯薯餅炸到好香口，蕃薯好幼滑又香甜。巨峰特飲加蘆薈，淡淡巨峰香甜配上蘆薈又有咬口。百香果加爆珠味道濃郁。
