聯和墟係一個古舊嘅舊區, 作為北區人嘅我對佢一啲都唔陌生, 因為呢個位置有好多懷舊經典及創新嘅食店 今次嚟到呢一間食過好多次嘅拉麵店爵士拉麵 要食呢一間拉麵店需要一定嘅幸運因為佢一個月入面有好多日子都唔會開舖,而且佢食嘢時段亦都好短, 所以能夠食到都算係一種幸運 以前食開呢間拉麵店都係一個應該係日本人嘅男老闆親自主理,而家應該係父親退咗休由囡囡繼承父親嘅業務繼續傳承日本拉麵嘅精神,實在值得抵讚我最鍾意食呢度嘅叉燒拉麵因為佢係用呢種厚厚既叉燒佩辛辣嘅味噌湯作為湯底,口感 彈牙有層次,雖然,女女嘅功夫仲未到達以前爸爸嘅層次,不過碗拉麵都算keep到好食值得推薦煎餃子 都依然係皮薄餡靚 入面嘅餡好多汁唔咸不過,黎食前最好打電話check下有無開
