To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天晚上奶奶說要帶我去吃好東西。下著大雨,兩個人撐著一把傘,來一個「雨夜的浪漫」哈哈!😆一進店內,服務員很殷勤又有禮貌的向我們問安,然後帶我們到預留的檯號。在飢寒交迫之下,我們快快點了一盤枝豆。我奶奶看見新鮮的吞拿魚腩已經垂涎三尺,我反而先試試他們的白飯魚乾。枝豆一般,沒有什麼特別的,我也沒有對它有什麼期望;奶奶說魚生味道是好吃的,但是對她來說還是有一點筋。白飯魚乾倒是有點驚喜!沒想到廚師將它烤成網狀,然後把它剪成小片,再配海苔吃,蠻有趣的。我還點了鱈魚西京燒和三文魚皮沙拉,兩個都好吃,可是如果三文魚皮可以再脆一點就更好。我個人認為下一次可以這裡吃lunch、試試他們的Set Lunch。今天總的來說OK,可以一試。
