To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相信都無人唔認識翠華🪭今日見下午茶時間又好耐無幫襯過🫖於是就黎食個early dinner。🐒下午茶-自制魚蛋片頭河💰$👉🏻凍香滑奶茶+$3🐒經典脆"嘩”奶油豬💰$20🐒菜心苗配海鮮豉油💰$30🐒午餐-冬蔭公海蝦球米線💰$75👉🏻熱蜂蜜檸檬茶+$22🐒神之叉燒飯💰$78🐒醉Fun Fun濃情奶茶(凍隨身瓶裝)💰$88。今日都試左好多野,特別係見到佢地既Menu都update左好多,更多唔同種類既食物都有🍜選擇好多,不過我最鍾意都係佢地既奶油豬同叉燒飯🥩因為奶油豬一向係翠華signature,估唔到咁多年個質素都仲keep得好好🍞而叉燒飯依家都改良左好多,叉燒方面同坊間燒味舖唔同🥓佢呢款既叉燒感覺好似黑叉一樣,外層既醃料令叉燒味道比普通叉燒更香,配埋個滑蛋,even唔用佢extra醬汁都好夠味。另一樣好impressive既野就係樽仔奶茶🥤記得之前係用冰鎮住樽仔奶茶,而佢地真係奶香茶滑,而今次佢地好有創意咁出左cross over version,等啲旅客都可以買黎帶走😌我都貪得意試左,酒味無想像中咁濃,但我自己都係中意classic多啲🥰
