自己經常都會煲湯,唯獨是對魚湯就投晒降,一來煲唔到奶白色,二來煲完會腥,亦怕煲湯時有好多骨,所以對坊間的魚湯米線情有獨鍾。居於太古城友人告之鰂魚涌有鯛魚湯專門店,果頭星期六日唔係好多舖頭有開,既然咁講,就趁周末搵友人聚舊兼食飯。友人告之食晚餐要趁早,因為夜咗人多兼且部份限量菜式會售罄,我同友人六點半到達坐到最後一張枱,遲嚟真係要等位。友人係熟客,由佢發板。佢幫我叫咗鮑魚花膠魚肚魚湯烏冬,聽落真係好名貴,又鮑魚又花膠又魚肚。鮑魚有兩隻,食落唔講得少,真係有鮑魚味,煙韌彈牙。花膠似係花膠筒,有三至四舊,膠質唔係好重,不過話晒都係花膠,食咗感覺皮膚都會滑啲。魚肚都有三至四舊,似砂爆魚肚,質地軟腍,吸湯能力高。奶白魚湯用鯛魚淆製,感覺上冇落味精,味道比較清甜鮮美,冇咁濃郁。手打烏冬也不錯,質感煙煙韌韌。呢個價錢食到鮑魚花膠魚肚好似好抵,性比價高。友人的皇帝蟹腳海膽湯飯,根據佢形容,蟹腳開半容易起肉,肉質鮮甜,海膽新鮮無腥,入口即溶,混入魚湯中有提鮮作用。另外亦叫了小食餃子雞翼,雞翼已起骨,釀入豬肉,雞翼皮香肉滑。

友人的皇帝蟹腳海膽湯飯,根據佢形容,蟹腳開半容易起肉,肉質鮮甜,海膽新鮮無腥,入口即溶,混入魚湯中有提鮮作用。
