To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣太熱、由於驚去到間餐廳要排好耐隊，係平日下晝兩點半去～果然係唔洗排隊既！不過間舖陸陸續續都有人出出入入，生意keep住做首先食既係奶皇流沙西多士流心奶皇無想像中多，不過奶皇整得好香，入面有細細粒既蛋黃，令到個成個味道好平衡唔會太漏之後到蝦多士呢個蝦多士簡直係surprise～d蝦肉餡好香，配上出面煎得好香既芝麻正！多士邊鬆鬆脆脆，一定要食建議3-4人一齊去，因為一份多士雖然唔大，但都幾漏，多d人去可以嗌多啲其他野食！小編下次去要試個鴛鴦燒賣
