To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對奶茶有 passion 的我當然要會一會"隱世茶王". 可能是自己對奶茶的要求和大會有一定不同, 或是是次沒有太多人比賽. 想不出為何他會成為王. 奶茶送到的第一聞是有我想要的奶茶香, 但香氣很快便消失. 入口茶味不差和滑, 沒有 "大XY" 奶茶過濃的澀味, 所以是合格的. 可能現在大家都追求滑多過奶茶獨特的香氣和醇厚, 我認為這正是我不同意他們的奶茶能稱王.所以, 更不用花時間去試68元的亞軍奶茶
