To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間係曾經好出名嘅奶茶王，贏過獎。今次嚟呢度食午餐，其實平時都會過泥食下午茶。今日下午茶當lunch 食所以叫左香菇炒尹麵同牛肉炒河。普通貨色，唔好期望好好味。尹麵仲有d似酒樓酒席既最尾飯麵。不過值得一去既係杯奶茶，確實係茶夠香，夠滑，凍熱既感覺會完全唔同。熱奶茶會有泡，證明真係即沖出泥既，茶底亦唔會有澀味。下午茶方面，佢既沙薑雞中翼都係好味既，幾滑幾入味。同埋估唔到蒜蓉多士都真係好味，佢焗得好脆但唔乾，同埋蒜蓉味好重。
