To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金華一直保持著人情味, 一貫舊式茶記的食物款式和味道, 是買少見少的懷舊感。 相對於1年前, 部份食物的價格略有調整, 菠蘿油無加價, 而奶茶則加了$1, 是可接受的幅度。1) 菠蘿油 $122) 濃滑奶茶 (凍) $21菠蘿油的牛油依然採用安佳牛油, 凍的牛油遇上熱的菠蘿飽, 一冷一熱, 甚有冰火感覺。面頭菠蘿蓋依然脆口, 吃時要小心, 會碎掉。奶茶是金華名物之一, 奶茶茶味濃郁, 與奶味搭配得恰到好處, 口感幼滑, 不能錯過。是次點了凍的, 感覺還是熱飲更佳。
