To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天晚上沒有飯局,諗吓有咩嘢好買番屋企煮嚟食,咁啱經過沙田希爾邨中心,諗起隔離私人屋苑有間稻香,行過去睇吓有咩嘢買,問店員有無燒味,她說有,望一望叉燒例牌108都唔平,都買嚟試吓,又要加1蚊盒,1蚊膠袋,覺得有啲搵笨都算,照買。買完見到外賣原隻走地雞特價88,又要加1蚊。返到屋企打開叉燒比我想像份量算多,味道偏鹹叉燒肉有啲硬。隻雞都幾肥,皮好滑,但雞肉就唔滑,無乜雞味, 勉強都算合格,唔講得上係好食,又未去到難食嘅質素。
