To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嘅屋企人去咗稻香飲茶我哋叫咗幾樣嘢食,包括砂鍋雲吞雞呢個比我想像中好食雲吞都幾足料,隻雞都唔會太過鞋砂鍋粥,呢個都OK嘅味道上都不過不失煎堆同鹹水角兩者味道都正正常常正常酒樓發揮

羊腩煲特價打算一試,上到菜嚟勁淡,羊腩好似膠咁勁難食,諗住都算,叫其他配料,啲蝦膠成$50蚊得一個湯匙大小的份量,叫咗兩碟牛肉差唔多成舊水,上到嚟嚇咗一跳,啲色水係近啡色,超唔新鮮唔知放咗幾耐,其他上菜又慢,啲碗筷環境又污糟,沖茶嗰部機又係壞嘅,但係又收你茶芥位位$15蚊,中大伏,仲要特價時段叫咗6款配料,埋單成$500蚊,人均都要$250呢個質素又要呢個價錢(仲要特價後),我寧願去食任食火鍋/美心晚市火鍋好過。

下午茶時段嚟光顧飲茶,員工數量好似不足,水機完全運作唔到,叫好多次都冇人理你,就算望到都扮望唔到,真係火都嚟,冇下次! 就算你做幾多promotion都冇用,你啲員工簡直趕客,不知所謂,唔夠人就請多啲人啦,啲水機又壞,冇下次!

阿媽生日食飯,五大三細,諗住搵酒樓book枱叫半席,睇過沙田同石門幾間嘅菜式同價錢,最後決定食稻香。一星期前打咗電話book枱,去到酒樓佢地好似完全無我地book枱紀錄咁,不過半席依然可以叫就ok啦。個餐本身免加一免茶介,因為多咗兩個人,所以收兩位茶介好合理,但俾個茶包我地,叫我地自己煲水自己斟水自己沖茶,收兩個人加埋60蚊嘅茶介,我覺得好唔值囉。部長話龍蝦會送伊麵,我地係開心嘅,但傳菜阿姐上菜好衝下,捧住個湯上枱但又唔睇枱上擺咗d乜,倒瀉水一枱都係,差d搞到我家人一身濕,呢個感覺好差。食物係ok好味嘅,半席嘅份量比想像中多,我地仲另外叫多半隻燒鵝,仲有壽包,埋單千五有找我地都覺得抵食嘅。不過真係覺得佢地要員工培訓下囉。

咸薄罉同鮮蝦腐皮卷煎到勁燶 ,好鬼多油。叉燒飯啲汁有啲怪味 ,唔係好接受到。蒸燒賣同牛肉球勁細粒。燒賣個肉底勁難食。煎堆仔個餡無咩味甘。日後唔會再黎食甘難食嘅野啦!
