To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日假期到附近凱悅酒店逛逛，dinner buffet差不多要$700一位，由於唔太肚餓，問了酒店都有散叫，於是入座，點了一個8" pizza, 一款意粉及一隻燒春雞。先上一客麵包，有牛油，麵包口感可以，但是唔熱，牛油唔溶，pizza size 都算大，有6件，味道ok，跟著是意粉，我哋覺得是最好味，最後是燒春雞，差不多300蚊，又乾又鞋，KFC好食好多，最差又最貴，對呢間酒店嘅食物質素真係有少少失望。
