To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期四早上特別的駕車去火炭飲茶, 因為有人介紹此地點是獨立一座菜樓, 有免費泊車, 又唔太要等位, 於是去品菜。泊車剛泊最後一個位便爆滿, 車場只可泊十幾部車, 車位都幾迫。待應有禮貌, 10:30am去到唔駛等位, 但目測都9成滿。待應問飲什麼茶, 便放一包茶葉在枱, 自動煲水機在每枱旁, 方便唔駛麻煩待應加水。茶葉味都幾出, 沖左8-10次都仲有味, 唔係好淡, ok.barcode 自助下單,點了盅頭飯孖寶。 鳳爪排骨飯+冬菜叉燒腸鳳爪排骨飯 > 味道嘗可, 飯唔乾又唔濕。冬菜叉燒腸 > 冇味, 食唔出有叉燒 食到最後一條仲叔左, 即時同待應反映。 待應主動說可換時菜或金錢肚拼鳳爪變壞了的腸粉生煎菜肉包 (3個)菜肉冇味。潮州粉果2個 (1個$10, 單個點)淡味,普通時菜手打牛肉球(1籠4粒)睇唔到時菜在那, 牛肉球味道嘗可。總評** 5分🙂酒樓門面中國feel, 特別是獨立幾層高, 在火炭工廠區只有一小座, 找位方便。😑食物質素就好一般。以$20-30-40。價錢計, 唔太抵。
