To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老人家住係火炭果邊,就番佢地係果頭飲茶,上網睇果邊選擇唔多,不過呢間鍾菜館就幾多人推薦咁,所以就預約定去試下佢啲點心啦。去到人都幾多,不過有提早打電話預約,所以可以直入唔使等。去到緊係唔少得要叫幾籠燒賣。原蝦燒賣皇同生拆鮮蝦餃都係一籠一粒,好大粒,都好足料。燒賣好食啲,餃子大粒但皮太厚,味道一般。另外仲叫左啲普通點心,家鄉煎薄撐、安蝦咸水角、香煎鮮蝦腐皮卷、香煎瑤柱蘿蔔糕、黑椒金錢肚,味道都唔錯架。

我和家人一起用餐,餐廳位置不錯,座位較大,整體用餐環境尚可。適合與家人朋友一起聚餐。我們點了各式菜餚,但是菜品賣相和口味都一般,價錢較貴,總體來說性價比低。最重要的是服務員態度極差。我們到的時候大概是早上十點,餐廳沒什麼客人,服務人員已經不太想理睬我們的訴求。我提出座位太冷,希望能換到冷氣較小的位置,服務員居然對我大吼大叫,說有位置給妳再說啦。明明早上都沒有什麼人。之後我提出的服務要求例如倒水倒茶都要我自己搞定。再也不想去了,望大家避雷。
