To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次卜咗麗豪酒店，由於好多年無去過，今次重臨，看看質數可不可以保持到。去到環境一D都唔似酒店餐廳、似一般茶餐廳😪座位排得很擠迫、人好多。走出去食物枱巡咗一個圈、食物種類也不少、可惜菜式一般般。原本諗住拎沙律菜、點知太多人改拎少部份熟食試吓、有燒賣牛肉比公仔點心還要差、春卷、生炒骨、凍火腿全部味道一般、拎了一次就冇再攞。去食自助餐極少攞麫包、因為冇乜好食、唯有試吓麫包、點知都系好難食、不過鸡旦仔反而有驚喜、可以encore 。粟米魚肚羹味道還可以。甜品一般般、偏甜。魚生有3款、外表不大新鮮、海鮮有青口蝦同蜆、有鮮味、味道唔錯👍
