To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

預約咗8點,入面有吉位,但入咗去又同你講出面等,等到8點4先可以入座,明明有位,天氣咁熱,一直叫客人外面等,有朋友已經想走服務:其中一位服務員態度有改善空間,又要問配料落唔落,答你唔落啫,又要發脾四走,奇怪粥底火鍋?同預期有落差,望落係一兜粉水,咁都叫粥底,最後用火鍋完嘅水再加爛飯攪埋,就係粥?呢個粥的東西真心唔好食食材:尚算新鮮,同其他海鮮火鍋一樣,冇乜驚喜,但一入舖頭就一陣腥味,佢抽風有d差完全沒有想去下一次嘅感覺
