「餓」了這麼久,當然趁有吃便吃了,這次的飯聚點就在九龍灣 Megabox的鳯城1954。這裡的炸子雞很不錯,四個大男人,半隻當然唔夠啦。有人提議叫燉湯,是晚的選擇有椰皇燉雞湯及燉螺頭湯,而我就選了後者,用紫砂壺盛載不但可保溫;更可持久保香,淺嘗一口;湯頭濃郁味甘,既滋陰又補腎。1954蝦多士~金黃四正,蝦肉爽彈,大人細路都鍾意的一味小吃。大良炸鮮奶~正宗版本要以水牛奶入饌,現實雖不可行,然這裏的出品倒也做得外脆內滑。一口野雞卷是以豬肥膘、瘦肉及火腿做成,口感酥脆帶煙韌;據說以前是不折不扣的雞卷,但後來改用豬肥膘代替,因完全沒有雞肉成份,就在前面加上「野」字,則代表為不正宗的意思。金皮炸子雞/一隻~新鮮雞;味道零舍鮮,金黃外皮香脆少肥膏,大家也吃得滿意。孔融釀蟹蓋~烤得金黃的釀蟹蓋熱辣香噴;一客兩件,無需讓嚟讓去啦。輕輕揭開面頭的芝士,便見餡料充塞其中,濃香的芝士和蟹粉原來可以咁夾。金叵蘿蟹鉗~兒時每次跟父母到飲宴場合,最喜歡同印象深的非「百花釀蟹鉗」莫屬,每每是又怕燙、又饞吃;吃著這個香脆彈牙的「金叵蘿」,童年回憶返晒嚟。蜆蚧鯪魚球~蜆蚧醬的味道未必人人接受,像本人便喜歡直接食用,其實
