To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 執野返工司前,同事瓜瓜叫,要吃kebab什麼什麼的,買他怕,倍他來吃。甫坐下,替他叫了羊肉kebab,洋蔥配又甜又酸的sauce,同事話羊肉幾削,切了件來試試,真的好削,生洋蔥不是不好,但中國人吃不慣其腥就是了,此品落在鬼佬口中一定大呼過癮,卻非偶那杯茶。反而小姐見同事靚仔健談,送來2杯土耳其茶是幾對口味的。走前問kebab如何,偶道:「凍了點」,面色起了180度變化,忠言總是逆耳的,好人難做。
