早排去咗好多人推薦嘅韓燒店,真係好似去咗轉韓國咁。我哋六點鐘到當然係晚市第一枱,不過七點幾就全場爆滿。🌟18:30前離座/21:30後入座有8折優惠✨醬油海鮮拼盤$780呢份係我喺香港食過最好味嘅醬油海鮮🤤。蟹、鮑魚、蝦全部都好新鮮。蝦肉彈牙到同游水生蝦有得比,蝦膏鮮味又完全唔腥。店員話啲蟹全部都係韓國空運到港再醃製。蟹肉同蟹膏都非常鮮甜。加上醬油口味香甜唔過鹹,我哋連兩個大過拳頭嘅紫菜飯都食晒。✨韓牛1++ 腹脅肉 $240/100g平時都好少食韓牛,仲要係1++級數當然要試下。入口充滿油脂香味,但亦食到細緻嘅肉味。無論點燒口感都係咁軟嫩。✨梅肉 $118大大塊厚切豬扒以梨汁醃過,口感超軟腍,仲有少少甜味。平時咁厚嘅豬扒都比較難燒,但呢款又係點燒又好食。✨豬皮 $98豬皮口感彈牙,充滿膠原蛋白。味道甜甜地,同港式豬皮好唔同。燒到有少少焦香就最好味。📍Mr. Korea BBQ (尖沙咀)尖沙咀柯士甸道140-142號瑞信集團大廈一樓
