朋友話銅鑼灣開左間焱丸水產約我去試下,其實我唔知原來係好出名,佢話好食就跟佢黎試下啦。係門口已經好特別,一入到去仲更加似去左日本小店餐廳咁,裝修好有日本風格,地方唔算好大,不過多人一齊黎要大枱都會有,見佢有個area 都比較有privacy, 6-8人都應該坐到。黎到當然要食佢最出名嘅蟹味噌甲羅燒,見到枱枱都食一定好好食。一開始個賣相係咁,之後店員就會搞埋佢地再燒,燒好香氣撲鼻,好香蟹膏味,但係同大閘蟹個種又完全唔一樣。咸咸地又甜甜地,佢入面又有蟹肉絲同埋蟹子,口感豐富。係唔自覺係咁食係咁食。難怪咁出名啦。除咗呢個之外,我哋都帶咗蟹味噌雲單,佢亦都係好類似,不過唔洗燒,再加埋海膽、昆布、魚子一齊,得別係佢個醬汁,加埋入去搞堆佢,鮮甜之餘仲有好清新嘅感覺,食完好refreshing.另外點少得刺身呢, 叫左個刺身五盛,款款都肥美肉厚。平時對刺身冇乜要要求唔算好識食,但係一食呢個就食得出有分別。以前唔真正知鮮甜點解,不過呢到一放入口,腦袋淨係講得出鮮甜呢兩個字。係放入口溶化之際,甜味就會慢慢滲出。我真係對刺身冇乜知識,除左三文魚同呑拿魚之外,另一款係我最驚喜亦都最鍾意。魚肉質地實而不硬,魚

朋友仲特別叫左個每日限定金目鯛刺身,話唔係成日有,咁岩今次新鮮到貨,賣晒就冇,last一客都比佢叫埋。佢唔同其他刺身,佢外皮係輕輕火灸過,店員話咁樣係最能帶出呢款魚嘅味道,魚脂火灸之後就少少溶化,滲入魚肉,口感最好最香,的確冇講錯。真係貴少少都要試下,唔係成日都食到。

店內主要都係磯燒,每張枱都會有一個磯燒爐,職員會幫手燒,確保海鮮火候岩岩好,唔會比我地自己燒去糟蹋食材👍🏻黎到焱丸當然要叫佢個活貝大盛,有巨型帆立貝、貝殼類、活鮑魚同埋巨型生蠔。點解話係巨型?因為真係差唔多成隻手掌咁大,未食已經覺得物有所值,淨係個size 已經值呢個價錢。

鮑魚彈牙但唔會太韌,肉質鮮甜再加埋少少炭燒味,又有另一種感覺。生蠔亦都好有驚喜,本身唔太食到大型生蠔,覺得比細生蠔腥味更重,質感亦太大衝擊,今次試食呢個大蠔,比想像中好得多。質感冇凍嘅咁滑潺潺,但係咬落去仍然鮮甜,唔帶半點腥味。
其實我食到呢到已經飽喇,不過眼寬肚亦寬嘅朋友話冇澱粉質落肚唔得,就叫左個名物凱栗湯加烏冬,我一開始唔知佢叫咩,一上菜我心諗係咪上錯左,因為又好似黎多左個刺身五盛咁😂

除左食物之外,青蘋果梳打都好值得叫,佢係有一粒粒雪凍左嘅果肉,好清新好涼快,唔飲酒可以試下呢個,正👍🏻
今次我地叫得太多,因為太多野都好吸引,下次一定叫多幾個朋友一齊再試多幾款,share番都唔算太貴。
