黑色呢個係墨汁加咗落西米度做咗米紙,面頭有北海道牡丹蝦、法國嘅魚子醬,橙色嘅係蝦膏,枝豆蓉,有d金箔感覺又再高貴d,好似食pizza咁咬黎食,米紙好脆口,加上面豆嘅各種醬好香口惹味,真係好爽呀!

雖然細細條但一上枱都霸氣十足,店員話佢叫目光魚,係深海入面對眼會發光,原條咁食,全部都係軟骨好脆口!

左邊係紅菜頭做嘅脆筒,入面係新西蘭龍蝦,d cream都係用龍蝦打成,右邊由下至上係蓮芋、松葉蟹肉、大閘蟹膏,2樣都好精緻好好食,一啖放晒落口,好鮮味。

呢款係由帶子、花竹蝦、賴尿蝦同魚肉一齊做左個fishball,面頭有d日本食用菊,仲有個好靚櫻花造型嘅百合,再配左一d炸左嘅稻穗,幾重口感,個fishball勁好食,各款海鮮都好鮮甜彈牙,好味!

面頭係用九州粟米做左個cream,下面係京都豆乳,粟米味濃又清甜,豆乳做到豆腐花咁好滑,一齊食好好味。

個盒一上枱個時覺得好得意,好似櫃桶咁拉出黎,入面係日本水果茄串埋蓮芋,面頭係草莓做嘅分子料理泡沫,好清甜,同埋可以清下口腔。

甜品有山形縣梨、北海道蜜瓜、自家製海鹽雪糕
生果勁甜好好味,雪糕都好味,雪糕筒入面仲有d紅豆蓉,好得意。


呢到每3個月嘅10號就會轉menu,岩岩12月開始轉架咋,如果大家想試冬季menu就睇住時間黎啦٩(^‿^)۶
