朋友帶我去一間試業中既日本餐廳度食晚飯。我心諗,你帶我去,即係你請啦XD 多謝!如是者,去到餐廳我完全無睇餐牌亦無比意見,當然,佢亦無問我意見⋯⋯成餐飯懷著興奮期待既心情。一開始黎左兩隻虎蝦同鮑魚⋯我諗左一陣⋯唔係自己剝殼自己生食掛⋯?正當我準備開聲既時候,侍應姐姐問我地想食邊樣先,原來係燒黎食既!咁我話蝦先啦,大大隻既虎蝦,有侍應幫我地燒,燒完再上碟。然後就燒鮑魚,感覺好似有啲浪費,係咪應該要薑絲蒸呢?當然,無令我地失望,原來燒鮑魚,火候控制得好的話,鮑魚唔會韌,但係好有鮮味,仲幫我開埋一半,服務係加分既。跟住飲品就黎喇,我叫既巨峰啤酒,朋友叫既白桃梳打。巨峰+啤酒,啤酒味之餘有巨峰提子汁味道,係正既。白桃梳打就好正路,有顆粒唔知係唔係桃肉呢?芝士海膽燒蠔,睇就知係高級野啦,大家如果有係壽司舖食過海膽,一定要試呢個!軟綿綿既海膽大家應該食過,爽口有彈性既海膽你地食過未?生蠔亦無腥味,very good。樂。五點刺身,基本上刺身之中好味既魚都有,係少左常見既帆立貝XD 今次海膽無燒過,刺身咁食,一樣係彈牙。刺身切到厚一厚,好滿足。雜錦天婦羅,啲炸粉薄身,唔會入口食粉咁,同埋好過癮地,佢

一夜魚乾就過癮喇,比我我就唔會叫燒魚,但唔係我叫又唔係我比錢,黎到當然唔好執輸,表面燒到金黃微脆,啲骨都係脆架。魚肉入口都係滑滑,無腥味。魚尾水分唔多,好似魚乾咁,一魚兩味。

田樂茄子,作為今晚既最後一道菜,個醬解膩,食完好舒服,唔會怕食咁多野頂住曬個胃,呢個朋友真係識點菜。


加上餐廳既裝修好有日本魚市場/夏祭既感覺,真係好有日本feel,呢餐係難忘既。
