To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

就咁係外觀睇 呢間餐廳真係好似深夜食堂的拉麵店 又係小行入面🤣 好有日本既感覺.香蔥拉麵 $130 (包小食同飲品) 「好少可見到有香蔥拉麵 好多香蔥 Mix埋啲麵好有口感」.叉燒拉麵 $130「佢個叉燒好大塊 而且好嫩 同厚 超足料」.另外佢哋既小食好高質呀北海道南瓜炸薯餅「呢個一定要試 佢出面炸到好脆 但唔會油膩 皮唔厚 但入面既南瓜餡就真係好creamy 加埋沙律醬真係💯」.自家製餃子 「佢煎到一面好脆 而且好足粒 所以食落有口感👍🏻」另外最驚喜係佢有枝裝既Zero可樂 好有feel😆
