To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗰日去搵朋友一齊食飯,佢就推介左意樂:咁一去到兩個人都睇中左個黑松露炒飯,跟餐有嘢飲我就飲咗杯奶茶。然後再叫個芝士薯條。個黑松露炒飯有煙肉有蘑菇,煙肉同蘑菇嘅味道我食得出。但係落足咁多黑松露落去我係小小味都食唔出。香味來講呢算係中規中矩啦。個飯係好大份嘅,一個普通嘅炒飯來講呢算係值回票價。但係$43唔使旨意食到啲好靚嘅黑松露炒飯。芝士薯條個方面呢,薯條粗身咬落去啖啖都係薯仔,但係數量呢就少咗啲。芝士醬係非常之足料嘅,好大盤。食得出嘅芝士味有巴馬臣芝士同埋車打芝士。食完啲薯條仲剩低半盆芝士醬,最後可以拎佢嚟撈飯。不得不提芝士醬配黑松露炒飯,其實個口感都唔錯。
