To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於明白點解成日打去book位要等好耐先有位,終於可以去到,食完之後都明白真係佢啲點心真係好好食,尤其雪山叉燒包,呢個一定要食,暫時我搵唔到第二個地方好食過國金軒,師傅手勢真係好犀利,一口咬落去個餅面嗰層雪皮好幼緻,感覺真係踩喺雪地上,好鬆化好輕盈,好薄又軟綿綿又脆脆地,好多層次,亦唔會好甜,個餡又好味,唔會好搶好濃,成件事好融和,好配合,蝦餃皮薄餡靚,晶凝通透,啲蝦係爽嘅,一口擠晒落口,真係大滿足。
