To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好出色既酸辣粉

講起酸辣粉，大家都會諗起譚仔，但估唔到西貢都會有d咁好食既酸辣粉!多數人去村里村外都會叫中菜，例如:蒸鯇魚、香檸脆雞等等，呢d菜式都非常唔錯，不過佢既酸辣粉先至係最出色。眼見佢既湯底有花生、芫荽、咸酸菜，味道酸酸辣辣，而唔係太食得辣既人都可以食到。另外，佢既份量都幾多，配菜可以選擇牛、雞或豬，(d配菜都比得多)，粉就係薯粉，但可以轉米線(建議轉米線，因為薯粉比較難咬開)。而最重要係由於為食喵唔係好食得太多味精同埋蒜(會渴足一晚)，呢個酸辣粉兩樣野都無。唯一略嫌不足既係價錢，一碗粉加一杯野飲已經要60幾蚊，如果叫外賣，逐個盒收1蚊，都成5蚊不過，價錢已經止唔到為食喵食酸辣粉既癮啦!
