To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好出色的粉麵

天水圍的江仔記開張了一段時間，今天有機會去試。原本是對麵很敏感的人，有時食了街外的麵會胃不舒服，但這裡的麵很出色，質感相當不錯，沒有「揀」味，食了也沒有胃不舒服。職員的態度也幾好，廚房是半開放式，感覺上幾乾淨清潔。餸方面，以魚蛋、雲呑最為出色（個人認為）。食過好多粉麵鋪的魚蛋，好多都有腥味，這裡的魚蛋就好新鮮！又爽口又彈牙，好喜出望外，好少係街食到好味的魚蛋。另外雲呑的餡，隻蝦好鮮，整體而言非常滿意！好少對粉麵有咁高評價，會再光顧！
