今日叫咗一碗,呢度嘅吞拿魚係直接由日本漁港空運到香港,好鮮甜嘅味道💛吞拿魚分別有赤身 同 中拖每一塊刺身都好厚,見到都好開心🥹赤身含脂量少、肉質實、有咬口😙中拖就係粉紅,脂肪比例較高,魚香持而恰到好處既魚油脂,非常甘香😌除左主打嘅吞拿魚,仲有海膽、好多粒三文魚子,魚卵晶瑩剔透,顏色亮麗 口感爽脆~一咬爆出海洋鮮味😌其餘嘅仲有玉子蛋、青瓜,剛剛好可以中和晒成件事我根據指示首先混合醬油和芥末,試試魚既鮮味,之後再將特製「青司醋果凍」溶入米飯🍚鍾意醋嘅可以落多啲,我就落少少然後有一個保溫壺裝住魚湯汁,令到可以有一飯兩吃嘅滋味🤭於是,壽司飯食到差不多既時候,我就加左用🐟鮮魚秘製既「魚介出汁」,混埋啲紫菜同埋調味,就變成茶漬飯啦!🥰啱啱食完啲凍冰冰嘅,再飲返呢一個暖暖地嘅,都幾舒服😌之後仲叫咗一個燒明太子,鹹鹹辣辣嘅,好香😗呢度好多DIY 嘅元素,自由配搭,感覺幾好
