週末下午,忽發燒味癮,上網見到鰂魚涌有間新式燒味店,近近哋一於試試。初訪新店,當然要點選些鎮店招牌菜式吧。🥓🍚‘黯然銷魂飯’~一上枱已被兩隻煎得剛剛好的燶邊荷包蛋吸引了!店舖選取了半肥瘦叉燒加蛋香味較濃的湖北蛋製作此飯,爐火叉燒微焦而有肉汁,非常入味。吃第一口真的有黯然銷魂的感覺呢!🦢🍜"大滿貫燒鵝五寶湯瀨”~五寶包括紅腸、霹靂燒腩仔、咸蛋,叉燒及燒鵝。燒腩仔及燒鵝均皮脆肉鮮,外皮做到真脆皮效果。聽店員說,原來店內設有燒味工場,更有太空爐,每日出爐3轉。叉燒經太空爐3段火燒至燶邊,難怪這麼入味。燒腩仔則經太空爐2重燒製,令皮脆效果能維持5小時!點埋兩杯餐飲也不用$150,以平民價就可以食到米芝蓮級數嘅燒味,地點又方便,值得再次光顧呢!
