好叉燒魂係一間唔算太出名,但卻好有溫度嘅燒味店。特別適合忙碌嘅午餐時間。佢哋嘅叉燒真係好正,色澤金黃,表面微焦,散發出誘人嘅煙燻香味。咬一口,肉質嫩滑,汁多味美,甜鹹之間平衡得恰到好處,令人一試成主顧。搭配白飯食,飯粒吸收咗叉燒嘅醬汁,特別有味,簡直係午餐嘅完美選擇。環境輕鬆,雖然唔適合大班人聚餐,但一個人或者同事一齊來,都好啱。而且,價錢相對合理,對於想喺繁忙工作日中快速解決午餐嘅食客來講,真係一個好選擇。 不過我略嫌佢嘅價錢比同區小店偏貴。總括來講,好叉燒魂雖然低調,但佢哋嘅叉燒味道令人忘懷。 continue reading

兒子很喜歡吃叉燒。今天特意和他到鰂魚涌的一間小店吃叉燒飯。到達小店門外,就被它門外的彩繪畫所吸引,畫得非常漂亮,像真度十分高,把叉燒、燒鵝的神髓完全表達,非常吸晴。黯然銷魂飯正宗的爐火半肥瘦叉燒實在美味。叉燒選用梅肉,肉質半肥瘦,微焦的外表很香,咬下去每一口都能感受到肉汁的鮮美,味道濃郁而不油膩。還有蛋香味濃郁的湖北蛋,兒子很快便吃光了整碗飯,果然真的令人想起周星馳食神電影裏的「黯然銷魂」飯。大滿貫燒鵝五寶飯有燒鵝、叉燒、腩仔,紅腸和半隻鹹蛋。霹靂燒腩仔果然名不虛傳,肉質爽嫩,皮薄鬆脆,咬下去時「索索聲」,非常脆!咬吓肉時瞬間釋放出肉汁,口感極為滿足。還有惹味嫩肉的燒鵝、極品的叉燒、美味的紅腸和半隻鹹蛋。整碗飯又是令我們吃過不停。這小店的每一道菜都顯示了傳承的技藝與用心,讓人忍不住想要再吃更多的港式燒味! continue reading
