工作過後,好友相聚,當然要啤啤佢。這生啤最特別的地方是啤酒上加上用生啤打成的沙冰,沙冰有淡淡的啤酒味,既補溫又不影響原有味道。 前菜點了日本活粒貝及池魚刺身, 粒貝刺身既爽口又彈牙,每一口都帶有海水味,比酒店的冰鎮海螺更加鮮甜;池魚刺身肉質鮮嫩,配上酸酸的醬汁,令魚肉更鮮更甜。主菜點了北海蟹丼及汁燒安格斯牛肉丼, 蟹丼中有蟹鉗、蟹籽、蟹膏、蟹肉同吞拿魚蓉,蟹膏一向都是食蟹的靈魂,份量足,味道足,加上其他材料,足夠送兩大碗飯; 牛丼上的安格斯牛肉片,片片都份量十足,咬落亦滿口肉汁,再伴上生雞蛋,令牛丼更香、更滑。食完主菜仍意猶未盡,反正尚有生啤,當然亦要加點下酒菜:串燒:雞肝、雞腎、雞頸肉、雞尾揚物:吉列豆腐、蓮藕 雞肝、雞腎味道濃郁大家都知,燒後令它們的味道更香濃、豐滿;雞頸都有食過,串燒雞頸肉卻是第一次,估不到雞頸都有這麼多肉,而且有咬口、不油膩;朋友居然不知道雞尾是指雞pat pat,雞pat pat就是充滿雞味,香香的、油油的。 吉列豆腐、蓮藕雖然都是揚物,但依然清新可口;到最後最終可以一乾而盡。
