To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直喜歡城景酒店大堂餐廳的環境，地方寬敞、寧靜，是與朋友聊天的好地方，沒有一般餐廳有時限，而服務員很有禮貌，不會在你身邊走來走去，催逼你下單或埋單。看見openrice 有65折，相約了久違的學生，一齊去試食，果然沒有失望。青木瓜沙律，味道清淡，木瓜絲略硬，但仍算是不錯的沙津前菜。豚肉碎生菜包，生菜十分新鮮，豚肉碎加了適量的金不換及辣椒，十分惹味，配上清新的生菜，超好味！本以為是前菜，分量不多，沒想到食物的量比預期的多很多。原意是想點半隻海南雞，但來了一套海南雞飯，幸好錯有錯著，海南雞飯配來的湯，湯味濃郁，十分美味。同時，雞肉嫩滑，分量也不少。雖然，雞油飯分量少，但飯香卻令人回味，正合少食多知味的道理。在那坐了3個多小時，全單只花了$253，超抵、好味的一個黃昏餐。
