To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次黎食自助式素菜, 走一圈見款式都多既,拎桌面上既碟出去每樣都夾d餸, 到2輪出去夾餸,會覺得又係個d。味道方面係唔錯既, 但煎釀三寶可以用索油紙減少d油就最好, 芋頭西米露芋頭溶晒,大粒西米又有少少燶,糖水麻麻地。如果有腐皮卷,素鵝,酸齋就最好, 點到好喇,平時食下素菜都係唔錯
