最近啱啱去完韓國旅行,返嚟香港冇幾耐又想想去食韓國菜,所以決定再次拜訪之前試過嘅Dodam Chicken。嗰日晏咗收工,八點幾先去到餐廳,不過仍然係差唔多坐滿全場,好熱鬧。店員好好人,幫我哋兩個安排坐卡位,坐得又闊落又舒服。雙重芝士麵包辣烤雞辣炒雞調味好到位,好香好惹味,又唔會過分辣,烹調時間啱啱好,令雞保持嫩滑。麵包上面淋左好多芝士,好邪惡但係好好食,作為芝士嘅粉絲真係食到唔停口黑松露卡邦尼炒年糕真係好有創意嘅菜式,係西式同埋韓式菜嘅fusion。年糕煮得啱啱好,超級煙靭,卡邦尼醬汁好香濃Creamy,估唔到咁樣配埋可以咁夾。牛排骨湯牛排骨湯用石鍋作為擺盆,一嚟到嘅時候仲滾緊,幫助個湯係成個食嘅過程都一直保到暖。湯嘅份量十足,而且啖啖鮮甜,仲有好香濃嘅牛味。湯入邊嘅牛肉仍然保持肉汁,唔會煲到冇曬味。

雙重芝士麵包辣烤雞

辣炒雞調味好到位,好香好惹味,又唔會過分辣,烹調時間啱啱好,令雞保持嫩滑。麵包上面淋左好多芝士,好邪惡但係好好食,作為芝士嘅粉絲真係食到唔停口
