To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

水準算得上唔錯👍。多年前食過一次晚上嘅自助餐，十分豐富，印象十分好。是次，午市自助餐，主是母親節特色，其實都係節日消費嘴頭，冇所謂啦。首先，食場氣氛唔錯，沒有「爭搶」嘅感覺，食得自在，環境敞亮乾淨，座位安排算是寬鬆。服務態度周到，收碟都係算快嘅。其次就係食物，中式點心除咗蝦蛟唔係幾啱我口味之外，其他都十分可口，尤其係奶黃糯米糍，香軟可口，形似鹹水角，外有椰絲，正！燒牛肉唔錯，同一個攤仲有印度特色食物，我唔食羊，但佢有雜菜同雞嘅咖喱，加上手抓餅，超好味，超香。中式炒菜及西式食品都很好吃。佢有窩夫同甜點蛋糕，正。有盒仔名牌雪糕。不過，水果嘅品種就偏少，但都係好可口嘅。
