To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知點解，一睇碗麵就知好食，食落比「紅茶」仲好食👍今朝去完牛頭角賽馬會診所睇完醫生，就去咗附近食早餐，見到依間小店有位就衝左入去。依間嘅早餐去到11:30，晏少少起身後黎食都ok。依度嘅早餐好少選擇，連麥皮都冇，所以我同Mcdull都係揀左出前一丁餐：沙牛面同五香肉丁面$35@ 出前一丁都係收依個價，抵。碗麵一上枱，唔知點解，見到個樣就知好食。我拿拿林影完相就食，嘩，面質軟硬，湯底偏咸，同我係屋企自己煮嘅不分上下，Amazing🤞沙嗲牛偏甜，汁少咸，啲肉仲好食過「紅茶」，起碼我真係會食落口，「紅茶」嘅牛肉我係例牌會食淨。炒蛋冇「紅茶」咁咸，淡得黎都幾滑，好食👍佢同「紅茶」比，佢個餐只係配餐包，唔係牛油丹麥多士，可惜。下次經過附近我都會黎再食，值得翻兜。Mcmug綜合評分：7/10，難得係茶記食到啱自己口味嘅沙牛面，值得翻兜！🐽🤤Mcdull 綜合評分：7/10, 唔太油膩，幾好
