To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好吃的下午茶

特別喜歡吃 Canteen 的下午茶，經濟實惠，份量對女生來說剛剛好。今天吃的是港式下午茶：迷你沙爹牛肉米粉，田園炒蛋，奶油多士。還有一杯奶茶。環境：環境算不錯，座位稍嫌擠，隔壁店這個月在裝修所以有油漆味，沒辦法，希望下個月會好些。食物：食物是現做的，點了要拿張號碼牌去座位等。美食就是要有耐心的羅！等也不會太久，5分鐘便到。米粉是熱辣辣的，湯底沒什麼特別，上面的沙爹牛肉相當開胃，賣相討好。說過了份量是較適合女生的，男生可能不飽哦！炒蛋很贊。潤滑而且 fluffy，十足的蛋味。茄汁是我自己加的 奶油多士也不錯，烤得很脆，奶油略嫌甜膩。奶茶便不用說啦，standard 的茶餐廳奶茶，comfort food 整體質量還行，環境比樓下的大家樂好一些，金鐘的快餐，也就這樣吧，不失為下午茶的不錯選擇。
