To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛跟兒子行完香港仔水霸、決定在附近淺嚐delifrance，順道用那個月尾到期的$50優惠卷，滿足我兒子的獸慾。點了一個二人餐，整體感覺不俗，比上次在九龍灣的好，因為上次在九龍灣的感覺不太好，要什麼沒有什麼，但今次卻應有盡有，已經很滿意的了。小食點了1）芝士焗西蘭花；2）薯蓉主菜方面，點了1）烤三文魚意大利焗飯；2）公司三文治。附近兩杯飲品和蝴蝶酥雪糕甜品。小食推介芝士焗西蘭花，主菜則推介公司三文治。三文治十分足料，有雞肉，牛菜，蛋，火腿等。口感十足，我認為頗值得嘗試。另一期待則是蝴蝶酥雪糕精品，拿來解薯是最值得不過了。
