To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在這個寒冷的冬季很多餐廳也推出了限定的雞鍋餐點今次嘗試了這間已光顧多次的米線店雞鍋～🐓 胡椒豬肚雞鍋 $65很多地方的胡椒湯也會太辣，奪去了所有的味道但這𥚃清甜的雞湯配上剛剛好的胡椒味，味道十足，蘿蔔很入味，雞件有4-5大件，肉嫩滑滑牛肉 +$9 ，的確很滑，也很夠牛味烏冬 +$6 ，非常適合配搭這個湯底，而且口感煙靭，感覺像優質日本烏冬🐓 這個質素比一些雞專門店還更好吃🐓 剛剛吃完，已經想再吃一鍋🐓 性價比高，可加購更多配料
