To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日下午,剛好2:00找下午茶,看過餐單後以為2:30才有,原來有些下午茶餐兩點已經開始!初初只有一枱客,心諗,又見咁多負評,會唔會唔好食?不過真心覺得平,就大膽入去試吓。阿姐服務好好,既要落單又要教水吧(叮囑凍檸茶要有四片檸檬),知道我哋要泊車,好主動話唔使擔心食唔夠$150,佢會印返張單俾我哋,而家真係好少有咁好嘅服務。腩肉米線味道剛好,凍檸茶清澈好味。蕃茄豬扒米線份量都唔細,見到隔離紅豆冰好吸引。希望下次有機會食雞絲粉皮。ps 臨走2:30已經坐滿8成客☺️

最鍾意去唔同的茶餐廳享用早餐,因為價格實惠且份量足夠。個人非常喜歡蕃茄湯底,所以一揀就決定要鮮番茄湯餐肉粒扭扭通粉$37。呢個通粉真係出色,通粉有嚼勁,無煮到爛晒。最鍾意係d餐肉粒,粒粒厚實,另外應該炸過/煎過,即駛用湯浸住,都仍然保持了外脆內軟的口感。厚多士雖然賣相平平無奇,但夠晒熱,心軟軟的。呢間早餐絕對值得一試。

估唔到茶餐廳都有烤魚、雞煲食,接近10點落單都仲有烤魚蔥燒味(唔辣),條魚上枱65%熟,要再加熱煮多陣,烤魚配料有洋蔥&豆卜、再加一份價值百幾蚊嘅套餐,有肥牛、貢丸、墨魚丸、芝士腸、響鈴、蟹柳、金菇、黑木耳、冬菇、雜菜籃&米線,4個人黎講都幾飽,飲品就要另叫。烤魚肉質鮮嫩,煲幾耐都唔「鞋」幾好食,湯底夠清,其他配件亦新鮮,期間侍應會主動加湯,收走碗碟,可能接近收工關係,就算樓面只有一人,仍做得妥當,盡量滿足客人不同需要,將來亦會繼續光顧,下一次會試食雞煲。
